Hamden, CT – October 20, 2009 – CriticalEdge Group, a leading  ERP  solution provider for mid-sized businesses within Connecticut and neighboring states, today announced that they have hired a new consultant, Lori Gorton to join their team.

Lori Gorton is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of consulting experience with dual specialties: accounting and systems.  She consistently has demonstrated excellence and proficiency in general accounting, computer implementations and conversions, financial analysis, and process flow analysis.

When asked what her contributions will be to the CriticalEdge Group team, Lori stated, “After 15 years consulting in the accounting and software industry, I look forward to applying my expertise in expanding our customers knowledge and use of Microsoft Business solutions.”

Prior to joining the CriticalEdge Group Team Lori has held various Controller positions and spent many years as a computer/accounting system consultant.  Lori holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago.

When she’s not helping out our customers, she is helping animal rescue organizations as well as enjoying time with her family and pets, running, and reading.
