Position

Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) -Consultant

 

Job Description
As a Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant, you will consult with clients to define client needs, develop processes and procedures that support client objectives, efficiently implement financial accounting software,  and document all work.  The interested candidate should have a college degree, accounting and/or financial management background, experience in implementing application software, and an excellent understanding of business processes.  If you have strong PC, analytical thinking and communication skills, we want to hear from you.  You will adhere to and continuously develop CriticalEdge Group’s best practices. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Accounting (ERP) software
  • Assist in developing detailed project plans
  • Work with customers to design and document processes to support their Dynamics GP Implementation and training.
  • Configure the software to meet customer requirements.
  • Create and test financial statements.
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP certification within first six months of employment.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in accounting or related field.

A minimum of three years accounting software implementation experience.

Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Must work in a highly collaborative environment with your colleagues.

Able to learn, implement and consult on new technologies quickly.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Dynamics Certification is a plus.
